Rhiannon Carpenter, Associate

Rhiannon joined McWilliams Davis in 2024, prior to which she was an associate at a boutique Perth-based litigation and insolvency firm.

Rhiannon completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Melbourne in 2018 and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2019.

Since commencing legal practice, Rhiannon has practiced extensively in corporate and personal insolvency, commercial dispute resolution, and civil litigation. She has experience in matters involving contractual and trust disputes, personal property disputes, and residential and commercial construction disputes.

Prior to commencing legal studies, Rhiannon completed a Bachelor of Music (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario.
