Carol Hamilton, Senior Associate

Carol is an experienced litigator and advocate, having represented private and local government clients in Court and Tribunal proceedings as counsel since her admission in 2015.

In addition to her advocacy skills, Carol has provided advice on a range of matters, including advising regulated entities on governance and compliance requirements.

Carol joined McWilliams Davis in October and specialises in the following areas of practice:

• Land compensation;
